How do I contact kemse & company?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm and on Fridays from 9am to 12pm.  We are closed Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.  Our contact information is as follows:

Is printing included with the price of the invitations?  If not, who can print my party details on the invitations?
At this time we just sell blank stock and do not print your invitation/stationery details.  We will be adding this function in the near future.  In the meantime, some of the online and local retailers offer this service (see locations), or you can print them yourself.  This can easily be done if you have access to a desk jet printer and a word processing program.  Be sure to adjust your page size and margins.  Cut regular paper down to size to practice before printing on the invitation….and shortly you will have your custom invitations and stationery.

What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns.  The product must be unused and not damaged.  Please contact us directly to begin the return process.

Once I place my order, how long will it take to arrive?
If the product is in stock, it will ship out the next business day (note – you will be notified if the product is out of stock).  It will ship via UPS.  Standard ground shipping will usually take 3 – 5 business days. 

I’m interested in selling your products.  How can I get more information?
We would love for you to sell our products.  You must have a valid Sales Tax ID to do so.  Contact us to get a copy of our wholesale catalog.

When I click on products, it goes to a different site.  Am I still ordering from kemse & company?
Yes, you are ordering from us.  Eventually, the site will all look the same; please be patient as we continue to make changes.

Can I order without registering on your site?
Registering on our site, expedites the ordering process.  Once you enter your basic information, you don’t have to enter it again.  That goes for future orders.

I lost my login information?  How can I get it?

Go to “My Account” and under “Returning Customer,” you can have your login information emailed to you.
